Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all business relationships between GermanDreamSeeds (hereinafter "Provider") and its customers (hereinafter "Customer") in the version valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract. 1.2 Deviating conditions of the Customer are not recognized unless the Provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

1. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

2.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. 2.2 By clicking the order button, the Customer submits a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded when the Provider accepts the order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving the order.

1. Prices and Shipping Costs

3.1 The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components. 3.2 In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply, which will be clearly communicated to the Customer during the ordering process.

1. Delivery

4.1 Delivery is made worldwide. 4.2 Unless otherwise stated, delivery time is 3-5 working days within Germany and 7-14 working days for international deliveries. 4.3 If a product ordered by the Customer is not available, the Customer will be informed immediately, and any payments already made will be promptly refunded. 4.4 The Customer is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The Provider is not liable for confiscation or delay of delivery by customs or other government authorities.

1. Payment

5.1 Payment is made exclusively in advance or by credit card. PayPal is not accepted. 5.2 The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

1. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the Provider until full payment of the purchase price.

1. Right of Withdrawal

7.1 Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. 7.2 Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found in the Provider's cancellation policy.

1. Warranty

8.1 Statutory warranty rights apply. 8.2 In case of defects in the delivered goods, the Customer must notify the Provider of these defects immediately.

1. Disclaimer

9.1 The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the offered products. 9.2 The Provider expressly advises against planting the purchased cannabis souvenir seeds. The seeds are sold exclusively as souvenirs. 9.3 Any liability of the Provider for the use of the products in a manner that violates applicable laws is excluded.

1. Youth Protection

The sale of cannabis souvenir seeds is only to persons of legal age. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old.

1. Final Provisions

11.1 Contracts between the Provider and the Customer are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. 11.2 Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. 11.3 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the Customer and the Provider is the Provider's registered office.
